Design & Concept
Every piece begins as a sketch — an idea born from nature, architecture, or the play of light itself. Our designers work in dialogue with master jewelers to ensure each concept can be realized at the highest level of quality.
Stone Selection
We source gemstones from the world's most reputable mines and cutting houses. Each stone is evaluated for cut, color, clarity, and character — because brilliance is non-negotiable.
Wax Carving & CAD
Designs are translated into three-dimensional form through precision CAD modeling and traditional wax carving. Proportion, comfort, and structural integrity are perfected to the hundredth of a millimeter.
Casting & Metalwork
Using the lost-wax casting method, precious metals are shaped into their final form. Our metalsmiths hand-finish every surface — filing, sanding, and polishing until the metal sings with light.
Stone Setting
Our setters work under 10x magnification, placing each stone by hand with absolute precision. Whether pavé, bezel, or prong — every setting is engineered for maximum brilliance and lasting security.
Final Inspection
Every piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point quality inspection. We examine every facet, every prong, every surface under magnification. Only pieces that meet our standard earn the Mercury & Sol hallmark.
