30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your piece is delivered. Returns are completely free — we provide a prepaid, insured return label — and you receive a full refund, with no deductions and no return fees. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We'll exchange your piece within 30 days of delivery.
Free Resizing
We offer complimentary first-time ring resizing within 90 days of delivery. Certain styles (eternity bands, tension-set rings) cannot be resized but may be exchanged.
Custom & Engraved Items
We offer complimentary engraving on select pieces. Both engraved and custom-made pieces remain eligible for return or refund within the standard 30-day window.
