Any material changes to an agreed custom design will be communicated for customer approval.

We do not guarantee that every gemstone or jewelry item includes a third-party grading certificate unless explicitly stated.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are expressed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for.
Promotional offers, discounts, and special prices may be subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry
Many Mercury and Sol pieces are manufactured specifically for each customer's order.

7. Production and Delivery
Most jewelry is made to order.

These estimates may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, destination, and shipping conditions.
Orders are shipped using tracked shipping services, with insurance and signature requirements where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and cooperating with reasonable delivery requirements.
If we are unable to dispatch an order within the agreed timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable consumer protection law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Mercury and Sol serves customers in supported international destinations.

We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning on the date the jewelry is delivered to the customer.

10. Ring Resizing
Mercury and Sol offers the first ring resizing complimentary within 90 days of delivery, where resizing is technically possible.
Certain jewelry designs, including some eternity bands, may not be suitable for resizing.
Customers should contact us before sending any jewelry for adjustment.

11. Warranty and Jewelry Care
Mercury and Sol stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its jewelry.
Our published Warranty Policy describes our three-year warranty relating to qualifying defects in stones, metals, and workmanship, as well as our lifetime jewelry care offering.
Coverage, procedures, and any applicable conditions are governed by our published Warranty Policy and applicable law.
The voluntary warranty is separate from statutory consumer rights and does not limit any legal remedies available for defective goods.
