Domestic Shipping
Mercury & Sol is based in the United States. Shipping is always complimentary — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no shipping charges at checkout. Orders shipped within the US carry no customs duties or import taxes. All shipments are fully insured for their full value and require a signature upon delivery.
Processing Time
Every Mercury & Sol piece is made to order — handcrafted exclusively for you. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your piece to be completed before shipping. You'll receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, free of charge. All international orders follow the same 1–3 week made-to-order processing time. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. Because your order ships from the United States, it may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival in your country — these apply to international orders only and are the responsibility of the recipient.
